ANNOUNCEMENT

      In accordance with the implementation of the tasks defined by the «The Strategy for International Cooperation of the Youth of Turkmenistan for 2023-2030», approved by the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, as well as concepts adopted in the education system and in accordance with the «The State Programme for the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2026–2028» and «Development of digital education system in Turkmenistan», approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, an International Scientific and Practical Conference in a hybrid format (offline/online) entitled «Digital Technologies, Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity in the Scientific and Educational Sphere: Modern Directions of Scientific and Technological Progress» is being held through a digital network at the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University on November 25, 2026.

      In this regard, we invite professors, researchers, postgraduate and master’s students, university students, as well as specialists from companies in our country and abroad to actively participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference.

      The official working languages are Turkmen, Russian, and English.

      Participation options: in-person and online.

      Accommodation in the comfortable dormitory of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, meals and transportation within Ashgabat for foreign participants will be covered by the inviting party, while expenses related to travel to and from Ashgabat will be covered by the sending party.
