Announcement of Contest Results

    On the occasion of the glorious 35th anniversary of Independence of Turkmenistan and the declaration of the year 2026 as the Year of “Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses” Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University organized a creative essay competition in English titled "The International Fame of Turkmen Horses" based on the praise of horses in the books of our Hero Arkadag. The competition was held among the students of technical higher educational institutions on the 26 th of May, 2026.

List of winners of the creative essay writing competition:

1st place:

Ashyrova Aybolek – 1st-year student of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute.

2nd place:

Taganov Sanjar – 2nd-year student of the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annayev.

Gurbanov Mahmut – 1st-year student of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University.

3rd place:

Gurbanov Serdar – 2nd-year student of the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan.

Weliyev Muhammet – 2nd-year student of the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annayev.

Charyyev Bayram – the student of the Language Preparatory Department of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University.
