In  the  Epoch  of  the  Revival  of  a  new  era  of  powerful  state, with  the  efforts of  the  Esteemed  President, a  lot  of  attention  is paid  to  women  in  our  country. Today, Turkmenistan  is  pursuing  an  active  gender  policy  aimed  at  equal  participation  of  women in  the  activities  held  in  the  socio-political, life-economic, cultural  and  humanitarian  spheres. This  gender  policy  in  our  country guarantees  equal  participation  of  women  in  all  spheres  of  public  life.

     On  March 24, 2023, the  Yagshygeldi  Kakayev  International  University  Oil  and  Gas, together  with  the  Central  Council  of  the Union  of  Women  of  Turkmenistan, hosted  a  meeting  entitled "Women  with  patriotic  spirit  of  Turkmen  society", dedicated  to gender  equality  with  the  participation  of  students  and  teachers.
