On June 20, 2025, Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University hosted a scientific and practical conference "The creativity of Magtymguly is the wisdom of Turkmen culture", dedicated to the Day of cultural and art workers and poetry of Magtymguly Fragi.

    At the general meeting of the conference, University Professor N. Suvhanov made several vivid reports on the importance of studying the philosophical heritage of the poet Magtymguly. Then, Senior Lecturer of the University G. Saparova made profound statements about the decency of Magtymguly Fragi, moral education, friendly and fraternal relations, as well as the historical and cultural views of young people and their significance. Then, teachers of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University J. Saparguliyeva and M. Kullayeva made several impressive speeches – about the thinker who spoke in poetry and about Fragi's influence on the development of art in the world of poetry.

    After the general meeting, the scientific and practical conference continued its work in 8 sections, a total of 163 reports were planned to be heard at the conference. They include speeches by professors, students and guests of our university. In honor of the Day of Culture and Art Workers and the Day of Magtymguly Fragi Poetry, reports on a number of interesting topics will be heard at the scientific and practical conference, and all reports that will be heard according to the conference program will be devoted to current issues. The conference was lively, several question and answer sessions took place between the speakers and the audience. Lively discussions and debates took place after the speeches.

    The participants of the scientific and practical conference expressed their wishes that the great undertakings of our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar to strengthen peace throughout the world would always be successful and wished them health and a long life.
