     On  August  12,2023, the  university  held  a  video   conference   with  specialists  from  the  Hydrogen  Energy  Center  to  discuss opportunities   for   cooperation  within  the  framework  of  the “Global  Program  on  the   Role  of  Hydrogen  Energy  in  Industry”  of theIndustrial Organization of the United Nations.     September  11, 2023,  according  to   letter  No. 19/97139   dated   September   5, 2023, received  by  the  Ministry  of  Foreign  Affairs of  Turkmenistan   at   the   International  University  of  Oil  and  Gas  named  after  Yagshygeldi  Kakaev,  between   experts  from   the   Hydrogen Energy  Center  and  the  Eastern  Committee   of   the  German   Economy   on “Green  Energy  and Transformation”  and  “ Bilateral cooperation  in  the   field  of  energy”, in  a  video  conference  format, spoke  on  2  (two) topics   from  the  International  University  of  Oil and  Gas   named  after  Yagshegeldy  Kakaev.
