In accordance with the "Action Plan for the implementation of the State Program for Ensuring Cyber Security of Turkmenistan for 2022-2025", approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan 2623 dated March 2, 2022, in order to develop the professional skills of specialists, employees and students of higher educational institutions in the field of information security, to increase their motivation and to improve skills in the field of information technology, a cyber training was held as a part of preparation for the third (national) stage of the event "Cyber Competition" on information security in Turkmenistan and check of readiness for possible cyber attacks, within the participation of 22 teachers and students from 8 higher educational institutions of the country on September 24, 2024, at the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University.

    In preparation for the third (national) stage of the event "Cyber Competition", Cyber training was held in the form (topic) "Active attack on the Windows operating system", and the results were summed up (Appendix)
