At the meeting of the State Organizational Commission held on January 9, 2025, created in accordance with the relevant The Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the Esteemed President of Turkmenistan, with the aim of organizing and holding relevant high-level events in connection with the commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan, as well as the announcement by the UN General Assembly of 2025 as the "International year of peace and trust", the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, together with the “Altyn Asyr Turkmenistan”  TV channel prepared and presented to the audience an interview on the topic "Historical roots and foundations of Turkmen neutrality".

    The interview was conducted by the University professor Nuryagdy Suvkhanov. The University teachers Amangeldy Baigeldiev, Sona Islamova and Jemal Saparguliyeva gave a meaningful speech about the importance of the activities of the respected President for the benefit of the country and humanity, about the historical roots and wisdom of Permanent Neutrality, its important role in achieving great progress, as well as about the growing value of peace and trust for all the peoples of the Earth in the modern world.
