Transformations in the field of science and education, the foundation of which was laid by our National Leader, Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan - Hero Arkadag and successfully implemented by the Esteemed President Hero Arkadagly Serdar, aimed at implementing measures in all areas of the scientific and educational sphere of the country, including teaching young people modern science and education, training young specialists who possess new innovations, their active participation in international forums and competitions, which have a positive impact on friendly and fraternal relations between countries. In accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan "On State Youth Policy", aimed at ensuring the active participation of young people in the economic, political and cultural life of our independent Motherland and as a result of the implementation of the "Strategy for International Youth Cooperation for 2023-2030", broad opportunities are opening up for the active participation of young people in various international events. The state youth policy pursued by our Esteemed President contributes to the rapid growth of youth achievements in the scientific and educational spheres, as well as their socio-political activity in our country.

In order to implement the state policy of the respected President in the field of science, education and youth, the Yagshigeldy Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas is carrying out comprehensive work and has achieved significant success. As an example, we can proudly cite the achievements of the 4th year student of the Faculty of Oil Industry of the University Khallyniyaz Babayev at the international competition.

In 2024, a 4th-year student of the Faculty of Oil Industry of the Yagshigeldy Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas Khallyniyaz Babayev, took an active part in the International competition announced by the Innovative Research Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bilim-Orkenieti" and was highly appreciated by the jury of the competition for his contribution to the development of education, science, art and sports, namely, he was awarded a 1st degree Diploma, a statuette "Best Student of the CIS", a badge and a Certificate.

We express our deep gratitude to our Hero Serdar and Hero Arkadag for the opportunities they provided for cooperation between young people and foreign universities in the field of science and education, exchange of experience, and active participation in international competitions.
