On February 13, 2026, at an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, speaking about the motto of 2026, “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan — the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses,” noted: “This motto carries deep meaning and substance. It inspires us to further enhance the prestige of our stable state and to carry out work aimed at the continued prosperity of our Motherland. This places a great responsibility upon us. Therefore, in order to implement this motto in practice, we must work with perseverance and determination.”

    On March 3, 2026, in the year when the 35th anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan will be solemnly celebrated, the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, jointly with the Altyn Asyr TV Channel, prepared and presented to viewers a political dialogue devoted to international energy security and sustainable development, emphasizing the particular importance of the tasks set in this significant year for the future of our country. In the speeches, issues of global security were addressed, with particular emphasis placed on the importance of energy security, the reliable and sustainable transportation of energy resources, and sustainable development, as well as their role in ensuring international cooperation. The speakers expressed their wishes for strong health and long life to our Hero Arkadag and our Arkadagly Hero Serdar, as well as continued success in their large-scale state activities.
